The Buncombe County Council on Aging is a non-profit organization providing services, support and information to older adults of Buncombe County. They are dedicated to assisting and linking senior adults and their families with information, opportunities and services that promote and enhance quality of life. They have been helping older adults, their families and caregivers deal with life's changes since 1972.  In 2007, they assisted more than 4,500 older adults and their caregivers to access information and resources in our community.
